With a decade and a half of legal experience and having handled over 1000 case before judges and juries alike, Mr. Geday is an extremely seasoned and decorated litigator. He has been consistently designated as one of the top attorneys by his peers and a wide spectrum of the most authoritative recognition entities in the legal industry. He has consistently been named a SuperLawyer Rising Star from 2014 until 2020 and then a SuperLawyer in 2021 and 2022. Only 2.5% of attorneys in the state receive this designation in any given year, and even fewer do so consistently for multiple consecutive years. He was awarded “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” by the National Trial Lawyers, selected for awards by the American Society of Legal Advocates, and is a recipient of the illustrious ranking of “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell, based on a peer rating by qualified attorneys of the highest level of professional excellence. Mr. Geday graduated from Duke University with a B.S. in Psychology, and from Washington University School of Law, where he was President of the Trial Law Society, Recipient of the William M. Pomerantz Trial Award, and selected for the school’s nationally-renowned Trial Team. He also attended the Inns of Court School of Law in London, England, which for centuries has the time-honored distinction of being the training ground for British barristers (trial attorneys).


Mr. Geday has Chaired the Magisterial District Judge Committee in Montgomery County, PA for 4 consecutive years and has also served in the Bar Association’s Judiciary Committee, He conducts continuing legal education seminars for lawyers every year.


Mr. Geday has enjoyed sharing his knowledge of the legal process with students in academia, and has done so at Gwynedd Mercy College and Ursinus College.

Mr. Geday worked in the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Missouri, and at the Federal Bureau of Investigation Headquarters in Washington D.C., where he advised the National Security Legal Branch and the Directorate of Intelligence on information sharing in the post 9-11 counter-terrorism age. Mr. Geday was vetted for and granted Top Secret security clearances and under the auspices of this level of access, he performed a full premises physical security assessment of FBI HQ, identifying areas of vulnerability pertaining to physical and operational security. He completed an intrusion mitigation report detailing vulnerabilities and proposed countermeasures, which was submitted directly to the Director of Security.


Mr. Geday is also a former Assistant District Attorney, having worked in the Trials Division in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, prosecuting offenses ranging from homicide, drug offenses, sex offenses, and assaults, to economic crimes, retail theft, and DUI. Mr. Geday became a specialist in handling the most sensitive and exacting of cases. Mr. Geday has been asked to conduct a multitude of speaking engagements and trainings addressing diverse law enforcement audiences.

Mr. Geday, fundamentally, is a business leader and strategist. He has conceptualized the vision, assembled the team, and founded/co-founded multiple innovative tech ventures, all in the web platform/social media landscape. Holding the responsibilities of CEO, President, and CEO respectively, he implicitly understands the cost/benefit, risk/reward models which govern the realities of the business landscape.
