With a decade and a half of legal experience and having handled over 1000 case before judges and juries alike, Mr. Geday is an extremely seasoned and decorated litigator. He has been consistently designated as one of the top attorneys by his peers and a wide spectrum of the most authoritative recognition entities in the legal industry. He has consistently been named a SuperLawyer Rising Star from 2014 until 2020 and then a SuperLawyer in 2021 and 2022. Only 2.5% of attorneys in the state receive this designation in any given year, and even fewer do so consistently for multiple consecutive years. He was awarded “Top 100 Trial Lawyers” by the National Trial Lawyers, selected for awards by the American Society of Legal Advocates, and is a recipient of the illustrious ranking of “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell, based on a peer rating by qualified attorneys of the highest level of professional excellence. He has also been continuously rated a perfect 10.0/10.0 on AVVO.COM, and has also received Top Attorney and Clients’ Choice designations.
Mr. Geday graduated from Duke University with a B.S. in Psychology, and from Washington University School of Law, where he was President of the Trial Law Society, Recipient of the William M. Pomerantz Trial Award, and selected for the school’s nationally-renowned Trial Team. He also attended the Inns of Court School of Law in London, England, which for centuries has the time-honored distinction of being the training ground for British barristers (trial attorneys).
Mr. Geday has Chaired the Magisterial District Judge Committee in Montgomery County, PA for 4 consecutive years and has also served in the Bar Association’s Judiciary Committee, He conducts continuing legal education seminars for lawyers every year.
Mr. Geday has enjoyed sharing his knowledge of the legal process with students in academia, and has done so at Gwynedd Mercy College and Ursinus College.
